Pour banana liquor, pineapple juice, rum and ice into a shaker and shake well. Distribute among four sparkling wine glasses and top up with Puremonde Riesling.
Ingredients for four glasses: 1 cl banana liquor, 2 cl pineapple juice, 2 cl rum, Puremonde Riesling, ice cubes.
Pluck the petals off of two roses and transfer into glass. Add elderflower sirup and rosé wine and let marinate overnight. After straining the rose petals, transfer liquid into punch bowl. Add ice and top up with Puremonde Rosé. To finish, sprinkle punch with leftover rose petals.
Ingredients for four plasses: 3 rose blossoms, 4 cl elderflower sirup, 1/2 bottle rosé wine, 1/2 bottle Puremonde Rosé, ice cubes.
Cut lime into eight parts, squash and mix with sugar. Put ice into glasses, add sugarcane liquor (cachaca) an top up with Puremonde Riesling.
Ingredients for four glasses: 1 lime, 6 cl sugarcane liquor (Cachaca), 2 teaspoons brows sugar, Puremonde Riesling, ice cubes
Fill glasses about one third with crushed ice. Add orange juice and grenadine and top up with Puremonde Riesling.
